I checked the wayback machine, and scan the site. The only way to contact the guy was through his online contact form. He never left an email anywhere. I even did a whois.. And only came up with those anti privacy email that the host set up.. I guess you can wait untill he get it back online... Although getting a free webhost offer after you just shell out for an account upgrade does kindda suck :D hehe.. Maybe you can ask around the wordpress community? Sorry dude.
